I find that Mayella Ewell is quite an interesting character in the novel To Kill A Mocking Bird.

She hungers for love and affection which she cannot get  from her father Bob Ewell.Her beastly father is the one who has contributed to her dull,sorrowful and harsh life.She is nineteen years old but she seems to have no friends.She does not even know what FRIENDS are.The way she speaks in the courtroom shows that she is not a well-educated person.She can be considered as a not civilised individual either.She is so desperate that she plans to have an intimate conversation with Tom in her house. For  example,"took me a slap year to seb'm nickels,but I done it.They all gone to town." She lets all the children go to the town to buy ice-cream so that they won't disturb her and Tom.Unfortunately,her plan fails because her father suddenly come  back and they are caught by red handed at the scene.

*Life is so wonderful because we get the precious chance to go to assembly very early in the morning daily.
