Dear madam,

Apologize for company's poor services and conditions
First and foremost,our company would like to apologize for our services which bring inconveniences to our customers. Dear valued customers,we have looked into your comments and appropiate actions have been taken to improve our service qualities.

2. As regards to the first point in your letter,you have mentioned that our buses are always not following the schedule. Our buses come late due to our new drivers who are not familiar to the route. Our former bus drivers have been transferred to other branches while the new employed bus drivers are from other states,hence they need some time to recognize the roads. Therefore,the buses are not able to reach the stated destinations on time. However,we can guarantee that our buses will arrive on time starting next week.

3. Besides that,we have planned to change the seats at the end of the year. We will import seats with leather which can bring more comfort to our customers. Customers travelling long-distance journey can enjoy mini pillows supplied by us for free. Hence,our customers will feel ease and delightful along their journey.

4. On the other hand,our company will upgrade and maintain the cleanliness of our busses. We have sucessfully employed workers to clean the buses daily. We even purchase air-freshener in order to make our passengers feel pleasant. Nevertheless,customers are also needed to give fully cooperation to fulfil this objective. We will also impose fine for those who make the buses filthy. We even make sure our buses are hygienic and sefe for use by sterilizing twice a month especially to prevent swine flu from spreading.

5. We have warned the impolite drivers already. Our bus drivers are now trained to greet,help the elders or children to walk on the aisle and even assist them with their luggage before boarding. Senior citizens willl get a chance to have express boarding and we will give some dessert to them too.

6. The jammed and broken windows have been repaired and we have installed air-conditioner in our buses so smoking are prohibited. New curtains are draped to replace the old and tattered curtains before. We are much obliged to you for your support. Any enquirements or suggestions you can contact our company.
