Essay-Procedure of making fried rice

Would you like to consume the spicy and tasty Kampung Fried Rice? I am sure that Tom,Dick and Harry prefer to eat fried rice from the restaurant. Now,you can cook the fried rice yourselves at home!It is as easy as ABC. You just need to follow the following instructions.

First and foremost,you must prepare these ingredients like rice,onions and garlic. Then,the blended chilli padi and anchorvies are used to give extra flavour to the fried rice. Diced vegetables and oyster sauce can make your fried rice look more colourful. A little bit of light soya sauce and green chillies are used to be eaten together with the fried rice.

The second steps is turn on the stove and heat the wok for a few minutes. Later pour some oil into the wok. Afterwards,anchovies are put in the wok. You must stir fry tha anchovies till they turn golden brown in colour and crispy. Soon,dish out them onto a small plate. The anchovies are left aside to cool down.

You heat the wok again. Then,add oil into the wok. Now you should saute the garlicand onions together. Hmm......you will smell the fragance of the garlic and onions.

After that,diced vegetables and chilli padi are added to the fried rice. Then,you pour some oyster sauce and stir it with the vegetables and chilli padi. Two minutes later,add some rice and fried them with the golden anchovies that you have fried rice and mix them well.

Finally,the savoury kampung fried rice is ready to be eaten. Serve it while hot and garnish it with green chillies. I am sure that your friedrice will lure many people to eat it.
