We went there in the afternoon and it was scorching hot. We parked quite far so we had to walk up the hill to the farm and the shop. 

It took us half an hour to drive from Kuantan city to Gua Charas. It was worth the long drive to visit this place. We were really lucky to catch the sun ray in the cave and we even spotted a white snake. I almost touched the snake. Luckily I didn't hold on to anything when I was there and just stayed on the path.
